"All great but I don't know why I was charged extra 4gbp to enter drop off zone? I was thinking that when one books airport transfer with a flat price, this is included? Otherwise, please increase the price beforehand so I can pay by card rather than looking for a cash when informed by the driver and on the way to the airport. "
